I’m Jaz, and I hand-pour small-batch soy wax melts, car diffusers, and room sprays. My real job is working in law enforcement with an MS in Forensic Psych, and my husband is an Army veteran who helps label, quality-check every product, and serves as my unofficial finance guy. Together, we’re the team behind Northwest NonScents LLC!

The name Northwest NonScents is a little play on words because, let’s be honest, we’re anything but “non-scented”! I love creating silly puns and fun fragrance names because I want my products to bring more than just a good smell. If I can make someone smile while picking out a scent, then I’ve created a fun experience.

I started this business because I suffer from migraines, and many artificially fragranced products were a trigger. I wanted to create natural-based home fragrance products with clean, enjoyable scents that I could actually use and share with others.

While I don’t make the fragrance oils myself (I wish I had the time!), I source them from a supplier that certifies its fragrances as clean and free of parabens, sulfates, and other unnecessary additives. I also use natural soy wax, grown from beans in the US.

Every wax melt, diffuser, and room spray is hand-poured, bottled, and labeled by us. And if you happen to find a crooked label… you can probably blame my husband. He swears they’re straight, and I appreciate his efforts!

We recently relocated from Olympia to Mason County to chase our dream of starting a hobby farm and building our dream house.
